A walk along the path
This is a personal website, a simple hobby site about the things I find interesting. I enjoy my hobbies more when I return to them in order to discuss them, so here I am, returning to them and discussing them. The goal is neither to create archival level material nor disposable memories. The goal is to enjoy the cool things I have seen on the road by talking about the cool things I have seen on the road. Call it homeostasis, if you like words that take too long to say. If you need something deeper than "The journey is the destination." I can only suggest you find a river and follow it.

Thoughts for the indie web
As I have gone through the process of remaking this site, I have returned to surfing the indie web on places such as Neocities. I am pleased to see so many people creating websites the old fashioned way; by trying fun ideas and throwing things at the wall to see what sticks.
That being said, I see a lot of the old problems too. And, well, some times what I see is an unusable eyesore. I really think even one page of trustworthy advice could save a lot of people a lot of mistaken effort.
The best techniques
Speaking of techniques, I have some things I'd like to say about Elder Scrolls Arena. Nothing deep, but hey, it's in my immediate plans.
Video gaming's Wilhelm
I've created a draft on what I term "The Pac-Man scream." It needs some expansion and preferably a video compilation of examples, but I think it's only fair to at least put out a draft copy for error checking.
