Denizens of the Underdark

Drow religion is a subject of much mystery and legend. The most popular of religion is the chaotic worship of the goddess Lloth. Lloth happens to be the most unmerciful god that the drow worship. Drow that worship Lloth will more than likely be as forgiving of intrusion as their deity. Even though not all Drow worship this mean spirited goddess, they all strive to stay in her good graces.

The Drow race
General description:
  Drow are denizens of the underworld. They were created long ago when a sect
  of elves left the safety of the light in a dispute with the elders to
  live underground. This long time of hiding has caused them to be quite
  sensative to the light of the outside world, but it has also brought
  them closer to the magical powers of the earth. They are often viewed
  as dark, evil creatures, tainted by their anger at the race who disowned
  them for their different viewpoints.

Other features:

They regenerate damage very slowly. They regenerate magic points fast. They
are superior beings and therefore need more experience points. They adapt well
to the most complicated skills. Even the most difficult arcane powers can be
mastered by them. They can see in the dark. They can detect magic on things.
They have half dex, con and str if they become good. They have excellent
vision.

Drow have the following racial emotions: dark, dcurse, and disappear.
They can be used by typing drow <command>.

Your eyes glow as you suddenly consider a very dark thought..

You think of daylight and curse.

drow disappear
You disappear to the shadows.
